Proverbs 31:30

Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised. Proverbs 31:1

Prayer

Lord, I am so thankful that you are showing me that what’s in my heart is what matters most. In my life, I’ve spent so much time trying to be charming and beautiful, yet the times I feel truly loved is when I’m still in your presence with the promises from your Word open before me. Today, I choose to be healthy and live a life that cares for others, but even more that that, today I choose to draw close to you so that I can feel the joy you have for me in the deepest part of my soul.
